Home Groups

We like to say that OVCC is not a church with small groups, but a church of small groups because we believe small groups are place where life-change and relationship-building happen best. It’s within these groups where you’ll find it safe to meet new people, be accepted for who you are, and grow deeper in your understanding of God and yourself. These bonds prevent any person from standing alone. Our home groups also offer their members a safe setting to use their gifts and talents to serve others, as well as a “home base” to enjoy warm fellowship, food and fun.
 
Despite Silicon Valley’s busy lifestyle, we’re pleased that over 75% of our adults are involved in home groups. Currently, we have 10 home groups that meet throughout San Jose, Campbell, Cupertino, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, and Fremont. Among these home groups are: a college/career group, two young families groups (with childcare), and a mother’s support group.
